1. Who these terms concern

These terms concern the website and membership application process of ADM&Co Holdings LTD. They do not themselves create a loan agreement. Any loan requires a separate agreement identifying the responsible lender, applicable permissions, costs, repayment obligations and customer protections.

Company incorporation and financial-services authorisation are separate matters. Membership does not guarantee loan approval or the availability of a particular financing arrangement.

2. Membership applications and decisions

Access is restricted to approved members. Every prospective member must submit an application. ADM&Co Holdings LTD will review and decide on each application within 48 hours after submission. Submission does not create an account, guarantee approval, or authorise a payment.

Applicants must provide accurate information and any requested identity, eligibility, or supporting documents. Account activation follows approval and completion of the required checks. Membership approval does not itself approve a loan or any other financial commitment.

3. Countries and customer eligibility

Applications from residents of specific countries are outside the intended service area. Availability elsewhere is subject to the laws, permissions, restrictions, and eligibility criteria applicable to the particular country and service; availability is not promised in every country.

Applicants must have legal capacity to enter the relevant agreement and, when applying for an organisation, authority to act for it. Customers must not conceal their residence, identity, or beneficial ownership to bypass eligibility checks. Country eligibility and service availability must be confirmed before account activation or acceptance of funds.

4. Lending disclosures and payments

ADM&Co Holdings LTD will provide the applicable lending disclosures and relevant agreement before a customer commits to a loan. These must explain the financing arrangement, agreed costs, repayment obligations and applicable protections.

Any required payment must have a clearly stated purpose and basis in the relevant agreement. Confirm payment instructions through established company channels and keep records of payments and communications.

Customers should not make a payment merely because they have submitted a membership application. Membership approval and a binding loan agreement are separate matters.

5. Direct lending

Where offered under an applicable agreement, ADM&Co Holdings LTD acts as the direct lender. Lending is subject to eligibility, assessment, and approval. Before a customer commits, the loan agreement must specify the amount, interest and any applicable APR, charges, repayment schedule, security or guarantees, early repayment provisions, late-payment consequences, and applicable cancellation rights.

Business, project, construction, healthcare, and student financing may have different conditions and legal protections. Customers experiencing repayment difficulties should contact ADM&Co Holdings LTD promptly to discuss the options available under their agreement and applicable law.

6. Loan purposes and responsible borrowing

Financing should support a defined business, project, property or personal purpose. Consider the full cost of borrowing and whether repayments remain manageable alongside existing commitments, including if income falls or project delivery is delayed.

General website explanations do not constitute a personal recommendation or a binding loan offer. Available financing, permitted uses, amounts and terms depend on the relevant assessment and agreement.

7. Market information

The market overview displays fixed reference figures retained from an earlier snapshot. The website does not request current prices or automatically refresh these figures. They are not live market quotes.

Market figures are indicative information, not loan rates or a financing offer. The costs and conditions of a particular loan are those set out in its agreed terms.

8. Customer rights and responsibilities

Customers retain all rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable rights may include clear pre-contract information, fair treatment, access to relevant records, cancellation or withdrawal, and complaint or redress procedures. The particular rights and time limits depend on the customer, service, and jurisdiction.

Customers must use the website lawfully, keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access or transactions. Customers are not automatically responsible for every loss arising from account misuse; responsibility depends on the facts, applicable law, and the relevant agreement.

9. Company rights and service restrictions

ADM&Co Holdings LTD may request supporting information, decline applications, investigate suspected misuse, and restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or a material breach of applicable terms. Restrictions should be proportionate. Reasons, notice, and an opportunity to raise concerns will be provided where appropriate and legally permitted.

Suspension or termination does not give ADM&Co Holdings LTD an unrestricted right to retain customer money. Any restriction on withdrawals or return of funds must follow applicable law and the relevant agreement.

10. Privacy and website use

A separate Privacy Notice must explain how personal information, identity documents, and financial information are used, shared, retained, and protected, including applicable data rights and international transfers. These terms do not constitute blanket consent to marketing or unrelated uses of personal information.

Users must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, or misuse the website's content. Third-party links and services are subject to their own terms where applicable.

11. Availability and responsibility

Website access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults, or third-party outages. ADM&Co Holdings LTD will take reasonable steps to address errors brought to its attention. An outage does not remove obligations under applicable law or a separate service agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited. Any service-specific limitation must be fair, lawful, and set out in the relevant agreement.

12. Applicable laws and regional provisions

The proposed financial-service agreements must identify their governing law and the courts or other bodies with jurisdiction. These draft website terms do not select one country's law for all customers worldwide.

Mandatory protections applicable to a customer remain in force where the law requires, regardless of a contractual choice of law. Additional country, state, provincial, or local provisions may apply to licensing, lending, privacy, cancellation, complaints, and dispute resolution. Consumer and business customers may have different protections.

13. Questions and complaints

Contact contact@admcoholdingsltd.com with questions or complaints about the website or membership process. Include the relevant application reference where available, but do not send passwords or one-time security codes.

Financial-service complaint procedures, applicable response deadlines, and any eligible external dispute-resolution routes must be provided with the relevant service disclosures. No ombudsman or compensation-scheme eligibility is asserted by these draft terms.

14. Changes and effective date

These terms will be given an effective date and version once finalised. Material changes should be communicated with the notice required by applicable law and the relevant agreement. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or impose new charges for completed transactions.
